FAQ
Cross-contamination
Please note that all our products are baked fresh onsite in our kitchens, which handle ingredients used to make all our products. While we do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we have small kitchens and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible. All our kitchens handle all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sesame, sulphites and soya.
If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.
All our handmade cakes are delivered nationwide. Including Birthday cake, Wedding Cake, London Cake, Bespoke Cake Toppers, Cupcakes, Christening Cakes and ect..

How to store your Cakes?
Wrapping the cut edges of the cake with foil or clingfilm helps prevent it from drying out and should be eaten within 3 days. This barrier minimizes exposure to air, which can lead to staleness.
Depending on the type of cake, refrigeration might be beneficial. Cakes with perishable fillings or frostings, such as those with cream or custard, should be stored in the refrigerator. However, refrigeration can dry out some cakes, so it’s essential to balance this consideration.
Cakes without perishable fillings can often be stored at room temperature for a few days. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
If you don’t want to use foil or clingfilm, consider placing the cake in an airtight container. This can provide a protective barrier against air and help maintain moisture.
Cakes can absorb odors from the surrounding environment, so store them away from strong-smelling foods.
If you want to extend the shelf life beyond a few days, consider freezing the cake. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and then foil to prevent freezer burn. Thaw the cake in the refrigerator when ready to eat.
